Quarters was created from a desire to design stylish, affordable, smaller homes able to be built at pace. Specialising in unique, functional layouts that combine minimalism with modern living without compromising on quality. We aim to serve as your comprehensive solution , taking care of every aspect of the project until the moment we hand you the keys to your home. Here is a brief guide of the primary steps we follow.
01 PRELIMINARY
Initial discussion of project requirements, location, pricing and any optional extras you require. Also covered are aspects of town planning, civil works, resource consents, logistics and feasibility.
02 PRICING & CONFIRMATION
The feasibility study is discussed and a fixed price is presented for the project. The price may be conditional, but this will be transparent and will be confirmed as the project progresses.
03 BUILDING CONSENT
Consents are lodged with respective councils.
04 CONSTRUCTION
7 to 10 days after consent submission, construction commences offsite. However, for on-site builds, building begins when consents have been issued and the time-frame for this is about 90 days (council dependent).
05 TRANSPORTATION & CONNECTION
Once complete, the structure will be transported to site by truck and lifted into place. Fixed to foundations, then connected to applicable services.
06 CODE OF COMPLIANCE
Once complete, a code of compliance certificate will be issued.
